it is a good thing that I am as widely ignored as I am, because the drawing that you see above is actually suppose to be a wedding gift for a family member this coming saturday.
My brother talked me into making an original piece that we would then give to happy couple as a fun “do-it-yourself” sort of thing, only with the added bonus of me being able to actually draw.
The only trouble is that I am not an artist.
I have never considered myself an artist nor do I think I ever will. I am much t pragmatic for that to be my chosen profession, so for me to create something that was supposed to be more than just communication was a daunting task.
In the end, I draw the drawing you see above. Now, is it art? no… oh god no. This is really just me browsing around tumblr and finding some refernce photo’s from which I thought I could make “something similar”.
